About the role:
As a Senior Sales Executive - Quota Carrier, you’ll be part of a team of self-motivated, high-achieving sales professionals helping medium- and large-sized business owners grow their businesses. By providing industry-leading solutions, you’ll drive some of the most exciting new technology in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks, and invests.

About the team:
You will be part of a team of self-motivated, high-achieving sales professionals helping customers to transform their business into the next generation Asset Management, Private Equity, or third-party administration platform by successfully utilizing FIS solutions.

What you will be doing:

Soliciting and maintaining a network of prospects.
Initiating contact with prospective customers to sell targeted FIS products and/or services.
Working as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts.
Demonstrating product knowledge including various solutions, markets, and competitive intelligence.
Preparing and presenting proposals to clients utilizing FIS resources and tools.
Negotiating, structuring, and closing deals that meet customer expectations and FIS’s ability to deliver; utilizing appropriate company resources to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise.
Assisting in the development of sales plans and strategies.
A good balance between Hunting and Farming activities.
Meeting sales goals and objectives.
Performing other related duties assigned as needed.


What you bring:

Good understanding of FIS products and services.
General knowledge of Asset Management, Private Equity, financial and/or payment solutions technology including systems, applications, and banking practices.
Requires expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Requires solid decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements.
Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure.
Ability to show an established track record of involvement in industry trade groups preferred.
Requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients, and the public.
Travel is required.
